Delivery information
Your item will be shipped from our Distribution Centre in the Netherlands.
Please note: During busy seasons, orders may require additional time to be delivered.
We will ship your item via FedEx and your order will need to be signed for at your place of delivery.
If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.
To track your order, please click on the ‘Track my Order’ button on your ‘Order Dispatched’ email. This will directly link you to the FedEx website with your tracking number pre-filled.
We offer United Kingdom Standard Delivery (3- 5 working days): £6.00.
We offer United Kingdom Standard Delivery over £75 (3- 5 working days): FREE.
Orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.
Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
