Gifted product terms

The following terms (the Terms) apply to all social media or other marketing or promotional activity you may undertake that features or relates to products which Bradshaw Taylor Limited (trading as Sherpa Adventure Gear) (the Brand) agrees to gift or otherwise make available to you.

By accepting any gifted or promotional products from the Brand you are deemed to agree to these Terms and acknowledge the fundamental principle that advertising should be legal, decent, honest and truthful.

Gifted items are provided to you on the understanding that any content you share that relates to the gifted product or the Brand reflects the product and/or the Brand in an honest, respectful and professional manner.

Content you create which relates to the Brand or any gifted product must not include offensive, misleading, or harmful language, nor associate the Brand with illegal, discriminatory, or controversial activity.

Gifted products must be styled, worn, and represented authentically and in line with the brand’s values of being warm-hearted and respectful.

You agree that any claims made about the product will be honest, accurate, and capable of substantiation.

All content you create relating to the Brand and/or any of the Brand’s products must comply with The UK CAP Code (available here: https://www.asa.org.uk/static/47eb51e7-028d-4509-ab3c0f4822c9a3c4/The-Cap-code.pdf) and the ISBA Influencer Marketing Code of Conduct (available here: https://www.isba.org.uk/system/files/media/documents/2021-09/ISBA%20Influencer%20Marketing%20Code%20of%20Conduct%200921.pdf), including appropriate disclosure that the product has been gifted (or the content is otherwise marketing or promotional content) e.g.by using the tag #Ad or [AD | Gifted]) .

We reserve the right to require you to amend, correct or take down any content that we reasonably consider may negatively impact the Brand’s reputation or does not comply with these Terms. We may also require you to cease using or promoting the gifted product if you do not comply with these Terms.

By accepting the gifted product, you confirm you are a UK resident and aged 18 or over.
