US warehouse move - FAQ

We’re moving! Sherpa Adventure Gear’s US warehouse is relocating as part of our continued growth. We’ve put together the FAQs below to answer common questions and help keep you informed while we get settled into our new home.

Our US warehouse is relocating. During this transition, we’ll pause order processing and shipping to ensure everything is set up smoothly at our new location.

As our business continues to grow, we’re transitioning to a new warehouse location that supports our next chapter. This move is part of our ongoing commitment to providing a great experience for our community.

Beginning on the 5th January, our U.S. site will temporarily pause order acceptance as we relocate our warehouse. Orders will resume once the move is complete.

To allow enough time for transit, setup, and quality checks, we’re planning January 26th as our official relaunch date for U.S. shipping. If everything is ready sooner, we’ll reopen earlier and let customers know right away.

Unfortunately, no. We won’t be able to process or ship orders placed during the move period. Once the warehouse is operational again, ordering will reopen as normal. Meanwhile, you can still grab our products from our stockists.

All orders placed before this cut-off will be processed and shipped as usual.

If anything unexpected arises, our customer service team will reach out to keep you informed.

This change applies only to our US warehouse and US orders. International orders will continue to operate as normal.

If you need to make a return, please use our returns portal to generate your return. Using the portal helps ensure your return is routed correctly and processed as quickly as possible.

Regardless of when you return your order, rest assured it will make its way to us, and your refund will be processed as normal, with no impact from the warehouse move.

Yes! Our customer service team will continue to be available to assist with any questions or concerns throughout the warehouse move.

The easiest way to stay updated is through our newsletter or Instagram. We’ll let you know as soon as the warehouse is back online and ready to ship.
