I am maybe not the best person to give a review, but I will be honest! I was (am) looking for Beanie that is ethically made and not produced in China. I saw a friend who had a Sherpa Beanie, which I quite liked the look of, and went looking on-line, deciding to purchase – the Sherpa products are produced in Nepal, so this ticked one of my boxes. The website was a bit vague as to the Varuni Beanie (which was on a sale offer) having a polar-fleece liner and when it arrived it did not. Living in the cool NE of Scotland, one needs a liner! I returned the beanie and decided to buy the Vishnu Beanie – again the info re a liner was vague, but at over double the cost of the previous beanie I thought it had to have a liner; I was wrong and this one was also returned At this point I contacted Sherpa (Bradshaw Taylor) and was pointed towards the Renzing Hat (Beanie), which has a liner – all the Renzing range have a liner. However on receiving the Renzing Beanie, yes it has a liner, but it is only a half liner, i.e., there is nothing in the roof of the beanie. Also the fit was not good. Another return. There was nothing wrong with any of the beanies – it was just that I wanted something specific (and warm), The service given by Sherpa/Bradshaw Taylor has been excellent, so no complaints from me. My search continues.
