Unfortunate kink in seam

"I so wanted to love this skort and was excited to order it. On arrival it looked great, until I tried it on - when a design flaw was immediately apparent. The skort drapes well on one side, but juts out with a strange kink on the other side - which just won't flatten. The problem is that the garment labels are sewn into what are already bulky/rigid flat lock seams, and this makes the weird kink. All credit to Sherpa, who I contacted about this, as they are reviewing this with their design team. I was offered a full refund or advised I could try cutting the labels out to see if it resolved it and they would give me a 20% discount. Still undecided what is best to do! I wouldn't recommend this unless they start sewing the labels into the waistband"
