UK & CHANNEL ISLANDS RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you like the item(s) you have ordered. However, if they do not meet your requirements, please read our information on returns.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method provided the item is still in ‘as new’ condition. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframe but you cannot return it to us for any reason, please get in touch with our Customer Services team - but any refund will be at our discretion. Returned item(s) can be tried on for sizing but not worn for activity, soiled, or damaged in any way and must be 'as sold'. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition we will return it to you. You do not need to contact us to notify us of your return unless the item is faulty or is outside of our 28- day policy. After 28 days we do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period stated above. If you attempt to make a return after this period, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the costs of delivery. Goods must be packaged securely to ensure they are not damaged in transit. The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until our warehouse is in receipt of the goods. All returns must be sent using the return form included with your original delivery. If you have lost your original returns form, you can download a new one here. All returns must include your ‘SHE...’ order reference number and any applicable contact information, either on the outer package, or enclosed alongside the item. Please note, your order number begins with ‘SHE...’. Failure to add this may result in a delay in processing your return and refund. You will receive your refund to your original payment method within 10- 15 days from the day you return your item(s). Returns are at your own cost. We strongly recommend you use a service that provides a certificate of postage and a tracking number. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability. Customers exchanging goods will not be charged the delivery charge on their new order.
Due to the fast moving nature of our stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to swap your item(s) for a different size or colour simply return your item for a refund using our returns service and place a new order.
