    EUROPEAN RETURNS POLICY


We hope that you like the item(s) you have ordered. However, if they do not meet your requirements, please read our information on returns.


If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you have 28 days to return your product for a refund.


  • Items can be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order.
  • Returned item(s) can be tried on for sizing but not worn for activity, soiled, or damaged in any way and must be 'as sold'. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition we will return it to you.
  • You do not need to contact us to notify us of your return unless the item is faulty or is outside of our 28-day policy.
  • After 28 days we do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period stated above. If you attempt to make a return after this period, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the costs of delivery.
  • Goods must be packaged securely in a mail bag to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
  • All returns must be sent using the return form included with your original delivery. If you have lost your original returns form, you can download a new one here.
  • All returns must include your ‘SHE…’ order reference number and any applicable contact information, either on the outer package, or enclosed alongside the item. Please note, your order number begins with ‘SHE…’. Failure to add this may result in a delay in processing your return and refund.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account of the original payment method.
  • *Please note all returns are at the customer’s own cost.* We strongly recommend you use a service that provides a certificate of postage and a tracking number.
  • The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until our warehouse is in receipt of the goods

Exchanges


  • Due to the fast moving nature of our stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to swap your item(s) for a different size or colour simply return your item for a refund using our returns service and place a new order.
