Disappointment/Satisfaction

I ordered a pair,of shorts and upon receipt quickly realized they were the wrong size. Disappointed and frustrated because it was Friday evening and offices would be closed until Monday. I called Monday morning and talked to a csr who apologized for the mistake and said she would make the correction and ship the correct size short without waiting for the return. I received the correct pair,of shorts on Wednesday of the same week. I was pleased with how quick the response was for the mistake in the original shipment. There was also a return label in the package which simplified the process of returning the first pair shorts.I will be ordering again soon.
